Dear all,

now when we finally have the exact number of participants (I hope), and the 
rooms are reserved for regular and extended time, we can start to deal
with other information which are needed by the hotels.

The most urgent thing is information if you need an invoice for advance
payment. Irena already informed me that she needs an invoice. For
others, I suppose you will pay personally at the reception, but please 
correct me if I am wrong.
