[Serscida-wp6] list of panelists

I spoke with Sasa on the phone in the meantime and we agreed that we
will have one CRO panelist for policy session and one CRO panelist for
the researchers session.

Policy: 
Teo Matković, Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje

Researchers: 
Ines Elezović, Nacionalni centar za vrednovanje u visokom obrazovanju

(I will ask them about exact english translations of their affiliations)

I already informed them about their roles and we will be in touch about
the content of their presentations.
